Embracing a Multi-Passionate Life: why being a "Jack or Jill of all trades" is not so bad after all
All About Find Your Moment Together

Hello, my name is Aurora. I am a mum, a veterinary professional, and a yoga teacher.

I created Find Your Moment to share yoga, meditation, breathwork and well-being education and workshops for professional women.
My approach is rooted in embodiment, offering a space where you can explore movement in a genuine and humble environment.

As a teacher, student, professional and mum, I understand the challenges of balancing a professional life, especially during transitional phases like pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause.

Join me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Let's explore, move, and find our moments together.
01
Yoga classes
The classes I offer are crafted to accommodate busy schedules and cater to the unique needs of women navigating different stages of life. Prenatal does not equal postnatal. Postnatal is not just like menopause. I always offer an online option because, without it, I know that some of us simply would not be able to practice.
02
1:1 support
Everyone's journey to wellness is unique. I offer optional, affordable 1:1 support for those seeking personalised guidance and assistance. looking to delve deeper into your practice, address specific concerns, or simply Whether you crave individualised attention, I am here to help.
03
Online workshops
Education and exploration are essential components of personal growth. I am in the workforce and have experienced the same issues that you are experiencing now: energy vampires, toxic workplace, incivility, lack of boundaries...you name it.
I come from a solid scientific background, so offering this is very important to me. The workshops provide a pathway for individuals to deepen their understanding of their well-being and what can affect it.
Are you tired of yoga teachers who used to be dancers? Looking for someone more relatable?
I cannot touch my toes, yet I have been practising yoga for 2 decades

I believe a first-time yogi(-ni) and an experienced one can practice together and that how you look in a pose does not indicate your experience level.

I will encourage you to do ten push-ups if you feel like it or to rest for the entire class, if this is what you need.

This is real agency and experience for me.
