I’m Aurora, an expat, a fellow mum, veterinary professional, and yoga teacher.

 

I created Find Your Moment specifically for women like you—hardworking mums who give so much to others but rarely take a moment for themselves.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and well-being education, I help busy mums reconnect with their bodies and minds. My approach is rooted in real-life embodiment, providing a space where movement is accessible, nurturing, and free of judgment.

I know time is precious, which is why my offerings are flexible and designed to fit into your busy schedule. With the option to practice online, you can join from the comfort of your home—because sometimes, that’s the only way self-care can happen.

Online workshops

Education and exploration are essential components of personal growth. I am in the workforce and have experienced the same issues that you are experiencing now: energy vampires, toxic workplace, incivility, lack of boundaries...you name it. 

 I come from a solid scientific background, so offering this is very important to me. The workshops provide a pathway for you to deepen your understanding of your well-being and what can affect it and what you can do about it.

Are you tired of yoga teachers who used to be dancers? Looking for someone more relatable?

I cannot touch my toes, yet I have been practising yoga for 2 decades. I have navigated lack of sleep, dysfunctional teams, giving and receiving feedback, being a mentor, a supervisor and a middle manager in corporate. 

Moving my body in a mindful way is what kept me sane!

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, Find Your Moment is about meeting you where you are—no expectations, no comparisons.

Forget how a pose is "supposed" to look. What matters is how it feels for you. Some days, you might feel like flowing through ten push-ups. Other days, you might need to spend the entire class resting. Both are absolutely okay.
