Welcome to FindYourMoment's inclusive yoga classes tailored for pregnancy (from 12/14 weeks). ​ I wanted this course to offer you different tools for your journey: ​ Relaxation and letting go are necessary when you are exhausted after a long day at work. Activation and movement to wake up your body and for those feel-good vibes, aka endorphins. Breathwork for birth and postpartum (I still use it when I am afraid to fly or cannot sleep). Postures for good baby alignment and birth (try and test and create your toolbox) ​ Move from a busy 'pregnant woman' to a present mom-to-be ready to experience a transformative journey.
